You might start off being a lineguy (they pump fuel, move planes general work around the hangar) but most places require you to be at least 16 (insurance purposes to be able to drive the trucks and tugs) But you can try going around to local small airports and see what they can do for you.

You may not be able to get a job right now working in the Airport, but as soon as you're 18 you can get a job as a flight attendant with West Jet.

I don't know about the laws in Canada, but in the US you have to have a high school diploma in order to work at an airport. It has to do with background checking.

At 14 your main job is to study.
After your schools you can join a university.
