I give him everything . Don't give ME that give and take bull****. I gave him my heart and soul and he cheated on me. This is his second and final chance in our relationship.

Ask him. Good luck with your boyfriend.

If you really want him to go dancing with you -- then maybe you ought to get him to watch some fun movies that are about dancing. Two of my favorites are the Japanese version of "Shall We Dance" and "Strictly Ballroom." Both movies are really very charming and any gentleman would appreciate them. If your boyfriend wont watch these with you or treats you poorly in regard to watching them with you then maybe he really isn't the right person for you.

If you already know how to do some of the dances, you could try to teach him some of the basics before you go. If you need to learn the dances yourself -- you could take classes on your own or buy, rent, or borrow videos on ballroom dancing. I wish I had some good suggestions for you regarding videos that teach dancing but I do not.

If he is seriously interested in you then he will treat you well and make every effort to please you.

If he likes these -- it might help to motivate him to take you ballroom dancing and learning how to do the various dances.

I really wish you well...

Partner up with a close friend and couple together for one night just for something different to do together, he may feel more relaxed to join in. Sometimes not having done this kind of dance is extremely embarassing to even try, but doing it as a fun night might be enough to change his mind, especially when someone other than yourself, makes the suggestion, and it comes from another guy! Good Luck!

Why does your boyfriend need to be your dance partner? Find a man who likes dancing, and do it with him. If it makes your boyfriend jealous, then remind him that it's only dancing and that he had the first chance.

If your boyfriend won't dance with you, and will not "let you" dance with other partners, then he's abusing you. It's hard to see sometimes, but that kind of control isn't ok.

Ballroom dancing is an excellent place to find a replacement guy. Good luck!

Is he really worth the trouble if he cheated on you? Have you asked him to take dance lessons with you? If you have and he has refused I think you ought to just boot his a$$ to the curb! Why are you putting up with a guy like that anyway! Once you get into dance it won't matter who you dance with, because you will be dancing with a lot of people and you will be loving it. Trust me!

Why can't women figure stuff like this out...it's GIVE and TAKE.

If you want him to do something like this, then ask him what HE wants in return!

I'd do just about anything, if I knew I was getting stuff I need back!

My mother just signed herself and my Dad up for classes. It was done and paid for. Then he had to go.
Turned out he was a wonderful dancer.
