put up an ad on a bullentin board on a college campus. be sure to get it approved first by the offices, or some schools rip them down. u could also take out a small, and probably cheap, ad in the college newspaper or regular newspaper. new talent wants to get noticed, so it shouldnt be to hard finding a crew...especially if some compensation is involved...college students are notoriously poor.

Any college campus that has a film school. Post up flyers!

Also you can try Internet Movie Databases
Use their message boards to find film students in your local area that can shoot your script.

Well your local college offering any creative arts program might be able to help.

Call the school and ask if they have a film department and ask if any of the students would be willing to help, you might be able to arrange it so you get your film made and they get college credit
