also he is on drugs real bad he also treat me like nothing and he hurt me i feel like i need to hurt him real bad what can i do

It's actually hard in some states and very expensive to get a restraining order, call a domestic abuse shelter. Don't take out your anger on him, that's just stooping to his level and keeping you involved with him isn't it? move on and away. Heck go visit friends far far away, start over...and not in jail. Use your anger constructively don't self destruct because of some druggie or be just as destructive. It's your life not his, own it

Get a RESTRAINING order, a thick bolt lock, or move, if possible!
Try to get a big hulky male roommate, if at all possible, or stay with friends/family for awhile.

You need to report him to the proper authorities. If you don't he could kill you. Please be smart about it. Don't lose your life because of you don't go that extra mile to make sure he stays away. Also get you some protection...
