Well my bf told me I need to let out my feelings so I will start today and say I love you.

Do you? Does your heart actually say this ALL the time or just in times of passion? Are you saying this because you think that it is what he wants to hear? Be honest with him and yourself!
Letting a persons feelings out does not have to be near as dramatic as that. You could also feel tired, lonely, angry, mad, sad,....etc.

Say I love you to him - how old are you? Do you know the feeling of love?
Is it all butterfly kisses and roses and such? What about when he hurts you - do you love him then?
Love is a powerful word, the same as hate - not to be used lightly.

Never question your instinct in love....Say I love you only when you are sure that you love..if there is some confusion within...say I like you .....

THE FIRST PERSON ON YOUR LIST SHOULD, BE YOURSELF...YOU HAVE TO KNOW YOURSELF FIRST... TO EXPRESS YOUR TRUE FEELINGS UNTIL THEN... IT'S JUST WORDS SAID OR WRITTEN....
