Dude...
Meaning of life is "unknown".
because we come to know the meaning of life only after death and then to whom can we tell it...
Then why do we live?? (This is suppose be UR next Question)

I dont believe there is a meaning for life but our intellect demands there is a reason for everything
However look at space...
So far no one can explain how it arrived to be and where did the first particle ever come from.
Some people scientific are still looking for this answer
Some are religious and state God made it?
Religious people are the simplest, thay have faith that it was all made by god and therefore it answers the questions to everything
However one thing people cannot answer is God came from nothing also, so how did he come around.
No one really knows...
I belive once we can solve that mistery, will be when we know why life is about,
At the moment life to me is a series of chemical reactions
Several chemicals that have come together that react in a presise way to maintain for years but require enegergy to keep them constantly reacting.
Life doesnt always have memory, example a flower only goes by DNA etc etc
Humans, Dogs etc have memory therefor are able to store information, which is stored in a brain 70% water 30% fat
surounded by nerve endings, explaining how brain cells which is fat and water are able to store information and create electrical impulses is another thing to think about.
At the moment I dont believe any one can answer this question but this reply will give you an understanding as to why.
Science is complex and we have only TRULY started to understand the science of the world we live in, in the last centuary with aid from new technology which helped us improve on medical science, astrological science, and technological science.
We are at the true birth of technology and yet have a long way to go before discovering new answers such as the one your looking for

If it possible, go see (or organize a viewing of) the movie One.
A lot of today's Great thinkers and spiritual leaders try to answer this question... among others.
Llewellyn Vaughan-Lee says something like: Why do you want to know the meaning of my life? Try to find the meaning of yours instead (I'm paraphrasing a lot here), because the meaning of each life is different.
Seriously, go see the movie!

life is whatever you choose to interpret it to be, there are just soo many different points of views out there, and i.m a firm believer that there is always more than one way to do things. It sounds crazy, but look inside yourself and you will find the meaning of life to you.
