I wake easy enough but it takes me a long time to start sparking each day and I'm a Gemini - my 6 year old son is exactly the same and he's an Aries so maybe it's more to with genetics... I once read an article that claimed that the time of the day you wre born impacted on whether or not you are a morning person i.e. if you were born at 7.00am then you will be a morning person

lol, though I never used to. At uni it was a struggle to get up in the mornings. My catch phrase became something along the lines of "You want me to be up at WHAT o'clock?! ... didn't even realise there was one".
I cant stay in bed now. (ha ha, which my boyfriend hates). As soon as I wake up, I start thinking about all the things I could be doing - so even on a day off I will get up and go jogging if there is nothing better to do; and plan the rest of the day whilst I'm running along with my ipod blaring.
... i know this is a contradiction, but I am a Libra, so perhaps I have to experience every end of the spectrum to balance myself out (...makes sense, I seem to do it with everything else in life! I'm Bi and have changed from Sport, to Science, to IT, to Networking, then to Fashion in my career - so why not try and find a balance in the way I greet the world?!)

I am an Aquarius. Ever since I became pregnant, I am definitely a morning person. I have 10x more energy in the morning than I do at night and luckily I don't get morning sickness. But unfortunately my sickness comes at night. I use to need my cups of coffee, thankfully I kicked the caffine habit and just wake up all happy Ü

I am a Libra and I like to wake up naturally, not alarms or shaking from the lady. I get up for work because I have to but if I had things my way I'd work from 11am-7pm. On the weekends I sometimes sleep as late as 2pm in the afternoon.
I do like being up late hours of the night though, I love that the weather is nice and cool and there aren't that many people up. I love the nights sky and driving on back roads while most people are sleeping. I don't really care to much for daytime activities because it's just way to busy - roads are clogged with traffic and people are annoying. I like being up and out from 5pm -6am...all other times are for sleeping and hanging out at home.

I am not a morning person, but prefer the night. Which in turn makes mornings hard to bear. Before I had kids I would stay up most of the night and sleep in in the morning. But after the kids started school I had to change my ways. Someday I'll go back to being the night creature I was sans children.

I'm Saggitarius but my Rising Sign is Aries (I was born around 3pm).
My morning routine is:
Wake up ... can't sleep again. Switch on PC. Go and switch on kettle. Have a pee. Make coffee. Check email (and Answers). Drink coffee. Body wakes up ... mind begins to wake up. By then I am moderately civil (or can be).

when i lived at home, my parents would bring a breakfast tray to my door, knock it and run away! i thought they were being lovely and thoughtful but they just didnt want to inflict me on the rest of the family! i make a bear with a sore head seem like the happiest bunny in the world!

I'm cancerian and as crabby as hell in the morning. My husband, of four years, is still learning just how horrible I can be before I've had my coffee! Saying that, I'm not much of an evening person either. There's a fine window when I'm bearable, somewhere between 3 and 3.15 in the afternoon - miss it and you're sorry!
