Of course she received special treatment. If this had been you or I, we would still be in jail this very day. It's nothing new. Blacks in this country have been getting special treatment for decades. The police officer involved should have stomped a mud hole in her *** and walked it dry!

Stranger things have happened. As a black woman, I've experienced racism so I can sympathize with her. It's something that no white person will understand until he steps foot in the ghetto and see how it feels to be shunned. Anyhow, she probably did get off because she said the discrimination thing. If they were to convict her, whether it was racism or just a plain old assault on a police officer, you'd have every organization rallying in her defense along with Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton so I think they may have just bit the bullet to avoid a big drawn out dramatic production.

I completely agree with you. I am so sick of people playing the racism card! She assaulted a police officer, therefore she should have to deal with the consequences! If it had been a white male, he would have been charged and punished.

If you mean that she should be prosecuted for attacking the cop, yeah. She should to do the time just like you or me. She broke the law and then played the race card to get out of it, sad!

I don't think it was just a race thing. I think her connections/title got her out of the penalty. This happens with celebrities all the time. Just because they are famous they don't have to take their consequences like the rest of us.
