THAT'S LIKE PERFECT!
Almost too little, actually. I'd suggest get her up to around 110-115 if she's 5'4.

so your doctor is a VERY BAD WORD!!! so my twins were 5-5 and 5-15 when they were born, at 18 and 18-3/4 long. they are three months old weighing 12 pounds each now at about 22 inches long for both and MY pediatrician, who has been my pediatrician for 10 years, says they are doing BEAUTIFULLY, and not only that, they are NOT exclusively breastfed! Disregard that moron's advice. Not only THAT, but ( oh see, now i'm all fired up FOR you!! LOL) breastfed babies will lose a LOT of fat when they become mobile. Please. It's not like you are sitting at home doing nothing but force feeding the lil princess. REALLY! SOME people.... even the medically trained ones. * BIG eye roll* Just continue to feed on demand. If it is more than every 2 hours or so, i might be inclined to worry, but it ISN"T, so THERE! LOL

She is 10 and you are already obsessing about her weight? She is fine the way she is! Obsessing about her weight now will turn her into a bulimic. In addition, 5 feet 4 is not "almost" as tall as 5 feet 11.

for a 10 year old girl the normal hight is 48-60 inches (4 to 5 ft) with Optimal Height being 54 inches (4 foot 6 inches)
normal weight is 46-148 lbs Optimal Weight being 70 lbs
given her height she is slightly underweight but if she has always been thin or is going through a growth spurt there is nothing to be concerned about

I don't want to be mean, but this is why girls/women have weight issues. 95 pound at 5'4'' is fine!! Do you think she's fat? If so, why? My daughter is 12, 5'8" and 95 lbs - skinny, but fine. I am 5'6" and was skinnier than her at her age, and most of my life - I ain't skinny now after 3 kids and stopping smoking. Speak with her doctor if you are concerned, but for God's sake, don't let your daughter know you think she may be a little hefty - she's not & she needs to know that whatever she is, she's great and you love her. Stop focusing on weight!

i am the border line between 5'3" and 5'4".
With that, I know that my "healthy" range starts at 125 pounds for a person that is 5'4".
I started out at around her weight as a teenager, and now I am 120 pounds and look "well" proportioned and 24 years old.
And, Your daughter is still young and she has a lot of growing to do.
In addition, she may be similar to me and just have a high metabolism.
You could ask her pediatrician for the national average at her age for weight and height. And see what percentage she stands.

Take her to her doc, girls grow faster and sooner than boys.
But If you're really worried then take her and get her a check up.
She sounds alright to me though, but I'm not a doc.
Also just make sure she's eating properly, but don't over board restricting her diet or anything like that.

Good weight, a little on the slim side, but at her age she prolly is putting all her energy into growing. Our girl is 103 lbs and 5ft 5in and looks perfectly normal to me.
