mew all the way. \m/ he was the first rocking pokemon, and he can stomp every other strongest pokemon thats been introduced since.
case and point, in the first movie while mew two is giving the speech on how humans should be ruled by pokemon, mew was chasing his tail \m/
mew is definatly the most rocking pokemon to have ever been introduced.
