Eye contact, standing at the right distance and level of the person, never speak down to someone; however, be firm and consistent with your thoughts, try not to let things get too emotional when youre trying to make a point, point out all the FACTS, depending on how comfortable you and whom ever you are speaking with are, a little physical contact is okay, like placing a hand on a shoulder...dont use any ummmm's and you know's and likes...its common, but try not to. and be focused but playful...its good to know what you are talking about and what you want to say and have a good time releasing it..its engaging
