Its weird, ive always been a healty eater, but i seem to be sick all the time. I dont understand. I always have a cold, or i catch what someone has thats around me. Is it that i may have low immunaties? I am a little smaller then my age group, but not much. I'm 5'2 and weigh 115lbs. Could this be the reason? What can i do to stay healthy and not be sick all the time?

Eating healthy and exercising is a great start and its good you have that already. Some people just have weak immune systems and find it hard to fight off colds. Try taking Echinacea at the start of the seasons, it will build your immune system but only take it for ten days straight, if you take it for too long it can start to weaken the immune system as your body gets used to it. There are a lot of natural remedies if you want further info, speak to your health professional :)

I find having a bit of garlic at the start of winter keeps me cold free, it helps sinus and purifies your blood

Stress has an affect on our immune systems too, work places, allergies etc.

I work with kids and I don't usually get sick that often but the first time I come into contact with a sick child I get sick and ten times worse then the child.

I'll tell you what I've been told, get plenty of sleep, drink plenty of fluids, take your vitamins and relax when you can.

Also maybe go to your doc and ask about any food or environmental allergies, you may have, could just be you're allergic to something.

You could have food allergies. A lot of people are allergic to wheat and don't even know it. A lot of people are allergic to milk and don't even know it. Think about it. We're drinking milk from an animal. That milk was meant for calves who grow at an exponential rate while they're drinking it and they grow at twice the weight of an average human being. Have you ever seen adult cows drinking milk from each other?

1st I would suggest to go and see a doctor. It is true that you could be allergic to wheat. To do a simple test try to stop eating things with wheat and try buying items that are gluten free.
