At puberty. At about the same time you have ejaculations through masturbation (assuming that you do that). Be also aware that if you are a frequent masturbator you may not have many of them or not have them at all. Nocturnal emissions (wet dreams) are nature's way of releasing the built up semen so they are not really necessary in all cases. Personally I started jacking off at 12, have done it frequently and regularly (along with having frequent sex with women) all my life and at 65 have never had a wet dream in my life! Sometimes I wonder if I missed something!

I've only ever had a couple, I think like the bloke above I've jacked off too much. I think the usual age is around 13 but it depends on when you started puberty.
