I can't log off using standby. I keep getting the error "The device driver for the Logitech PS/2 Keyboard" device is preventing the maching from entering standby.

You can't disable the PS/2 ports. If you did, you'd lose access to your keyboard and/or mouse.

Go to the Logitech website and download updated drivers and hotkey software for your keyboard. It sounds like you have an enhanced keyboard with multimedia features. The software has a bug in it and you should update it.

Use "Delete" button exactly while you turned on your computer.
Then in "Bios" area you can disable PS/2 port. Save changed information and reboot your computer.

Be success
