yeah right its a test. why would we let them see how much of our country they can cover with their missle? so they can go back and say, hey that didn't cover enough ground. lets just two at a time and mabe we can get the west coast and the east coast. better yet, lets just aim it at the white house................how stupid would it we be to let that happen. bush needs to get on the ball and take care of the u.s instead of worrying about how much oil he can get from iraq

A missile test over another nation's sovereign domain is a provocative action, to say the least. Korea and China have both tested missile ranges by firing over Japan.
I'm not worried about a single nuclear device on a single long-range missile. What if it doesn't work? Then that 'test' would have expended a valuable nuclear weapon, as well as any secrecy about Pyongyang's intent.
Besides, every time the Glorious Defense Minister announces a breakthrough or military advance, he asks the U.S. to talk about giving more aid. This is an example of "wheat for weapons" although in reverse. Instead of the 1st World providing aid in exchange for weapons, the provocateur is developing weapons to exchange for food.

It isn't a nuclear missile. It is just a 3 stage ballistic missile with no known warhead. And it's a test, not an act of war.
On top of that, North Korea only has plutonium, there is no proof of it possessing a nuclear weapon. It has never tested such a device.
The NK army is BIG, but ill equipped, using a lot of old Soviet stuff.
I live in Seoul, South Korea. I amgood friends with soldiers in the US army stationed here. If they were worried at this, I would know.

presently ICBM’s have a precise velocity of roughly 15,500 miles per hour. It takes time to enhance as much as that velocity so the traditional velocity could be much less. it may take a missile approximately half-hour to hit the U. S. from North Korea. even however, ICBM’s take setup time to fireside, as a result our satellite tv for pc early warning equipment could probable come across pre-launch situations and supply an additionally few hours warning of a capacity attack. luckily, North Korea does not yet have a real ICBM, yet they do have missiles that threaten Japan and different international locations interior the some distance East. it truly is an truly risky concern.

you overestimate North Koreas military ability. Most of their equipment is WW2 vintage and yea they have a standing army of a mil or so. I think the second that their missle test leaves their sphere of influence on the peninsula we should knock it down with a test of Ronnie Raygun's Star Wars Technology. Kim needs a spanking and a permanent time out.

North Korea is one of the poorest nations on the planet
They are like Iran
They are waiting to see what we will offer them to NOT test it.
Iran is waiting to see what we'll give them to stop their nuclear nonsense.
I say we call their bluff.
Both of them.
