A cup of tea with sugar and 2 biscuits should make her feel better. She's probably in a bit of shock at the thought of giving blood. Good on you for donating. No need for a special diet. The body costantly makes new blood. Amazing isn't it?

Human body will automatically replenish the blood that has been donated.

You do not need any special diet.

The feeling of weakness may be just psychological.

(I hope she is not anaemic and that a doctor has certified that she is fit enough to donate blood before donation.)
