I was working in one partnership concern since last 15 years. Company had 11 employees and 6 full time working partners. Co is financially strong and earning huge profit. co has own many gold, silve and bronze tropies form Govt of India towards best performance. In the month of Jan all of a sudden company asked me to leave job without any valid reason. Company is offering me only Rs 86350/- towards gratuity and nothing else. Now i am 35 years of age. Shall I file right pitition in the court of law. In year 2000 one employee who was in service for 18 years was retired and she was give approximately 20 lakh as retirment benefit but for this i am not having documentery evidence. I got this info from reliable sources. What shall I do? Where to go? what is my entitlement? pls advice

Your best option is to discuss the situation with a good lawyer who specializes in that area. Filing a complaint will probably do you no good. But a shrewd lawyer may be able to get you more compensation.

Its hard to believe that they would suddenly ask to you leave without any valid reason. The other employee you mentioned "was retired." that is not the same as being asked to leave for no reason.
Also, be aware that if you pursue a legal option against your employer of 15 years, this will not look good when you apply for other jobs. I would try to work things out with the employer. Lawyers cost money and take a lot of time to get issues resolved.
