By this I do mean before we met of course. For some reason these thoughts bother me almost every day, even though she's never cheated on me. What is wrong with me. she hasn't been with toooooo many guys( about 22) , but it stil bothers me.

this is very unhealthy for both of you.
she 's never cheated you and why this bothers you...
insecurity...
don't let this garbage be back in your house..or you would keep on cleaning it..talk to her and share your feelings..
being in marriage is being one..if one hurts, the other is hurt too... ask for forgiveness and give time with each other.

First your question has expressed the confidence you have within you that "what can I do to help me" so you want to help yourself, that is great.
Second, you want to "stop thinking" meaning it is only a thought that other guys have slept with your wife, and it is not a fact. so it is still easy.
let me suggest 2 ways.
The first and the best way is to call the name of JESUS and confess your problem and ask HIM to help you.
second: everyday morning sit upright,relaxed, breath in and breath out with you body and mind relaxed, and than slowly count down from 99 , 98 , 97 , till one than tell your self (your mind) that your wife has not slept with any one else except yourself.
do it for ten days.

How many women have you slept with in your lifetime???? Can you count them all. Give her a break, she married you not them, it is you she loves. Sex is just sex, but when a woman fall in love and marries sex is no longer sex, she is giving herself to you and only you heart, body and soul. When you ly next to her tonight, just hold her fior a while show her a little tenderness, look her in the eyes and I guarantee you will see nothing but love shining back at you, take the love she has givien you and forget her past because you are the man she wants to spend the rest of her life with. That has to count for something. Go, and be happy, you both deserve it

First of all, I can understand why it bothers you. 22 is alot, by any womans standards. Everytime you think about it, try and remember all the women you've slept with.

hmm u know what thats the thing guys cant get over it the reason for this is guys dont like sharing they like it fresh you know that shes been done too many tmes what she would have done with the other guys all the dirty things you know the only way to get out of this is not to think about this otherwise ull start hating your wife.

You are the one that has to answer that one. Many people hav this problem and it can ruin a relationship. Actually it is none of your business who of how many she was with before you. Actually I am the opposite. I would not want a virgin ever. Just too much of a problem.
