Asylum seekers are human beings,mostly seeking refuge after being victimised by the government in their own countries.However what i would like to know is why they never go back home after the problems have been dealt with...
eg.Iraq.....Saddam is now removed.
Afganistan...taliban is no longer in power..
Bosnia....conflict over....
our countries have spent millions sorting out the problems and dictators of these countries,so when the problems are sorted,why dont the asylum seekers go back.?

There is nothing wrong with asylum seekers if they are trying to escape from a genuine fear of persecution.
The problem is that many are bogus, who simply want to live in a more prosperous country than their own.
Bogus asylum seekers are cheats, and, as such, are not desirable. They only care about themselves and their families. By their practice, they make life a lot harder for the genuine asylum seekers who are treated with suspicion.

There is nothing inherently wrong with them, they are just people who need our help (presuming they have a genuine case).
It is just that getting a huge influx of people from outside a country who need housing and support from that country can be very hard on the economy/society, and this means that some people will resent them. It is an incredibly tough and also delicate situation.

nothing ... if they are genuinely seeking assylum and not an easy option to a better life ... you carn't solve the rest of the worlds problems at the expense of your own population.

what apart from scrounging off our government and doing nothing! getting more than an average English man would get of the government! send them back to where ever they come from!

It's probably because they're an easy target to attack. Many want to work, unlike blacks.

they are annoying. but they do do some jobs that we wouldnt want to. so in some respects they can be good. & chinese food is mint.
