A Blue Moon event for me would be a decent vacation...in being self employed unfortunately time and money never run in the same cycles. When there's plenty of money, there's not enough time; when there's plenty of time, there's not enough money

Oh, I usually think of it as the second full moon in a month. Sometimes I use the phrase though, when I want to point out that someone said something smart. Like, wow, I'm impressed. That only happens once in a blue moon. Althoughh I never really did any analysis of how closely that corresponds.
