Two of my interests are cooking and horses. I was wondering if there is such a destination that incorporates both horseback riding and cooking classes in

Europe or in the Americas?

Find the COOKING classes... around a stable.

i don't think so but you could show people how to ride a horse then cook him for dinner.

You should go to France where you can learn how to cook your horses proporly.

In Hungary we like sausage made of horses.
Also, our ancestors kept meat under the saddle to preserve and store it.
