i am desperate to help a friend get into rehab for his drug use, however he doesn't have insurance. Does anyone know any agencies that will help? Or any low cost facilities?

Your local Dept of Health & Social Services may have a program he qualifies for. Start there.

depending on where u are at try the local family help {welfare} centers he may be eligable for a medicaid card which will pay for this also if he is serious about this try the local catholic charities center or the local rehab place may take him on a curve if he signs in on a 90 day time

It may depend on what state you live in, call a social worker, they know all about the resources available. you can find one in every hospital.
