I take 1-2 and I love it because it makes the afternoon short, and I know I only have 3 hours to go before I get to go home. It's a matter of personal preference, though.

I usually take 12-1, but I finish work at 3:30, so sometimes I do 11:30 to 12:30.

I wouldn't want to go from noon to 1 because the traffic is horrible at that time, not to mention the lines at the fast food places. Take your lunch when the rest of the world is not taking a lunch.

12pm to 1pm, makes the afternoon and morning periods not too long. If you had lunch 11 till 12 the afternoon would stretch out in front of you and 1 till 2 makes it a long way to lunch from the morning!

well I think the best would been noon to 1 pm, but I don't get a hour for lunch so I would love any of the times

1-2 because when you get back from lunch you only have a few maybe 3 more hours to go till work is over

depends on what your work hours are.
i usually do a 12:30-1:30. it's a little later, but the last part of the day flies by when i get back!
