I know what you are talking about. Studies have been done that show that women who run regularly should do so on a dirt track or softer surface than concrete... in order to protect her reproductive organs.

I haven't read anything about treadmills, though. But the treadmills I have used all have at least as much give as a track does. I feel very sure that the designers keep that stuff in mind, as the company's don't want to be sued. If there was any known danger, the company would put it in a warning label to keep suits down! ;-)

My personal experience and the experience of many women I know in the military says that it is a very minor concern. I don't know of anyone who has had a problem with it... even with very heavy run schedules.

Running on a treadmill is perfectly safe. People have been running for years on all types of surfaces, including on treadmills, and have had no reproductive problems.

its not bad for a woman to run on a treadmill its dangerous for a pregnant woman to run on a treadmill infact it is dangerous for a pregnanat woman to run anywhere because she might fall, over exert and preganant women are always asked to rest so there is no question of a pregnant lady to run as she is intelligent enough that she has to care of herself as well as the baby.
