Bulgaria is trying to become EU member 2007 so i would guess their stock exchange http://www.bse-sofia.bg/ has to be according EU legislation. Bulgaria is not member of euro currency yet, they use own currency, Exchange Rate: 2006-06-20 1 USD 1.55336 BGN
