With a lawer. They will cut a deal with the DA to change the charge to something else. Then they can also get the record expunged after x # of years. You might want to start out by getting him counseling. This shows that you are doing something to fix the problem on your end. Neadless to say if your son is real young then the counseling may go a long way to correct a real problem before it starts.

Your son will always have problems is mom and dad are always trying to get him "out" of problems.
