The best way is to have a bath and spend time on exfoliating the area thoroughly, do not be too rough, the skin should not be red raw but slightly pinkish. after your bath make sure you massage an intense moisture cream in, St Ives is very good. It is important to do small exercises to tone the area perhaps do them before you go to bed and lastly make sure you drink plenty of water. Cellulite will not go completely but this can help to make the skin healthy and the cream will provide a little more elasticity.

You can't (it's natural) but you can minimise it by massaging the area regularly (the creams are incidental - it's the massaging that does the work). Exercise and drink plenty of water. Minimise salt, sugar and bad fat intakes. Take up some form of exercise that involves stretching like yoga or pilates. Walk regularly. But, most importantly, remember that EVERY woman has cellulite, even famous ones - only their's get's airbrushed out of the photographs.

Drink lots of water. DON'T drink sodas, even diet ones. Don't eat packaged snacks, eat plenty of oats, fruits and lots of water. My legs looked like the face of the moon (full of holes) in February, and today my cellulite is barely noticeable (you have to pinch the skin to see it). What helped the most was spinning cycling and horseback riding. Creams and treatments only make the skin look tighter and when you don't use them you go back to flabby.
