Obviously Tupac, but would be interested to hear what you think and why. Also can include other rappers who were dissin each other at that time, like Mobb Deep, etc, but not modern day ones. Personally think Tupac cause the Outlawz were pretty crap without him.

Biggie's vocal & rhythm was brilliant, if you havent seen the documentary called "Biggie & Tupac" you should get it, it shows Biggie rapping when he was 12-14 or something & it really lets you see why he was so amazing. But still Tupac's lyrics were more powerfull than Biggie's vocal. Plus Tupac is quite likely the most charismatic man to have ever lived. Pac wins overall.

Well they were both giants in the music industry, but I personally liked Tupac a more than biggie.
