This is an easment to a property we what to put a driveway in.

It means the owner of the property has to let anyone use the easement to enter or leave the other property, not just the owner of the other property. Or that the owner of the burdened property may grant others the right to use the easement also. An easement usually does not prevent the beneficiary of the easement from improving it, but you should get the permission of the burdened property and take care not to affect any other part of the property (by changing the drainage, for example)

An easement is defined as the right of one person over the property of another. This does not mean a driveway or passage but can also include things like buried systems, views, and even grazing . Ingress and Egress are simply a fancy way of saying coming in and going out. If it is an EXCLUSIVE easement it means that only the person holding the easment can exercise that right. This generally also excludes the OWNER of the land too so only the easment holder has the right over or upon that section of land. If it is a NON-EXCLUSIVE easement then it means that the person holding the easment has that right, but, potentially, so do others, including the owner. An example of a non-exclusive easement might be a common driveway across several properties that serves a housing development. Each owner of a unit in that housing development has a non-exclusive right to use that driveway. ok?

means it is for people to enter and leave said property and isn't just yours to use
