You need to find something you absolutely love, like sports. When you're tired and grumpy from all the work, go outdoors and do something, i.e. rollerblading is relaxing, running, or just walking, get your mind off of all the problems. Also, every once in a while get a body massage - or just back massage, you can find them cheap and they really help!

You need to look in to Stress Management. Try stress management books located under healthcare or physical fitness. NATSA. There are specialty classes for stress management, interpersonal relationship management, career planning, personal finance, and time management. Including LIfe Coaching; too many focus on goals and career.

Maintain a balance in life. Eat properly, and exercise, and get 8 hours of rest. Pray a lot.
