No doubt love is important,but if you have some responsibilities to perform and love is coming in the way and you are disturbed as you are not true to any one of then.my advise is take your responsibilities like a man and if you have to sacrifice your love for responsibilities,sacrifice that...Just look at martyrs,you will get the answer.

Responsibility. For example, I love my Son more than anything else, but my responsibility to teach him values, to be a good person for when he is older, out weighs my need to spoil him and let him get away with things, because of my love for him.

Practically i would say responsibilty is more important because untill u r responsible first to yourself then to others /society Responsibilty and love and part of life which go hand in hand while love in any form has to unconditional then only u can enjoy your life effectively. Both are of equal importance in your life and it is you who will set the priorities
