Yeah their kind of big bumps some are bigger then others and they go away and come back in diffrent spots. Hair grows beside them and they itch sometimes they also feel like they have fluid in them if u pop them, and even when u do pop them they stay there for awile.

Foruncles are infected hair follicles.Thet are multiple and painful.Removing (plucking)the hair is done by a doctor .It cures the condition.
Multiple sebaceous cysts well fit into your description.They are infected sebaceous glands.These are relatively painless.A doctor empties them.

Cysts or in grown hairs - really both no biggies - I have them both due to my lovely pasty Irish skin and coarse Italian hair. Damn cross breeding parents, hehe.

Most Drs will recommend you dont bother with cyst removal - though they can be unsightly to you - but it takes literally 5 minutes at a dermatologist to have it numbed and drained.

They're not normal! See a doctor! For the life of me, I don't know why people come here thinking someone can save their life over the net instead of going to a real doctor!
