Italy but I think the Czech could give them a run for their money. I don't have a score prediction and if the Czech Republic pulled off a win I wouldn't be shocked.

Im a fan of Italy,
Italy will win over Czech 3 to 1,
and will beat Crotia, then will beat Korea, then germany
and finally Argentina to win the world cup!!!!

I'd say a draw. Both teams have quality, and I can see the Czechs upping their game after losing to Ghana. Would like Italy to win though, then The USA have a chance to go through if they beat Ghana.
