Does anyone know how Victor Hugo looks like?
Please tell me stuff like, for example: Brown eyes, blond hair, dark skin, about 170 cm...

it does give details, BUT NOT ABOUT HOW HE LOOKS! THE PHOTOS UP THERE ARE BLACK AND WHITE!

Of course, it's difficult to tell what color his hair was as a younger man, but from the picture I would say it's safe to assume it was a medium brown.
I haven't been able to find a reference to his height, but seem to to remember reading somewhere that he was slightly shorter than average, which would probably make him about 5ft 4 inches (164 cm).
