Yes you are financially responsible for that child if you're a decent man. Why would you want to father a child in another country??? What about if you're married already?? Want to hurt your spouse or girlfriend?

ooohhhh, has someone been a naughty boy?! LOL!!! Yes I think she probably can, but the process would be grueling and take forever. I wouldn't so much worry about her coming after you, I would worry more about her brothers and father. In general, they live life like if you mess with one of the ladies in their family, you will meet a tragic and unpleasant ending. You can run and hide, but you will have a moral obligation toward this child. Unless she actually files against you in her local court, there is no legal bound, but you must father that baby and even if you don't get along with its mother, you have to stand up for that child, that I hope you'll learn to love.
