I agree they look very cheap. They remind me of the old fashioned shoes that little old ladies used to wear doing their gardening out in the yard.
I wouldn't pay anything more than $10-$15 for them. That is just me though. If they don't look good, I wouldn't buy them, and to me they just don't look good, so I wouldn't buy them, the above total is just to give you what I think that they would be worth.
