why is my internet not letting me on to certain site and my e-mails?

Your security and privacy settings may be set too high.

Select start > control panel > internet options.
On Security tab, click on Default Levels
On Privacy tab, put slider at Medium, then click OK
Restart computer to put changes in effect.

i think you have some problem in you Internet expler explorer and i think you need to update you system and if Ur system is already updated then i think your IPS provider is not given u permission to access some web site as well as email.
