It doesn't get spoiled but some of the chemicals in it (like vitamin C) are very sensetive to light and air and break apart quikly, so you have to drink the juice fast to consume o fair amount of them. It is generally better to eat the fruit whole to preserve the vitamin content.

Freshly made juice hasn't been pasturized to kill the bacteria, and it has no added preservatives to keep it from going bad.

It tastes better, and it much better for you, but it spoils quickly. If you keep it in the fridge, I would say 48 hours max.

it will get spoilt by oxidation. (short while, maybe 1/2 hour) like when u cut an apple and leave it in the open for some time it will turn brown. that is oxidation taking place. oxidation removes the activity of some vitamins so it will get spoilt :)

fermentation occurs if you have left it out for like, 2 days or more

because a fruit when fresh,it helps the body to grow.the freshnes is live and penetretes to the flesh quckly to take is part in the body.to fight deaseses.you get all type of vitamins naturally from fruits,.firmatation means spoiled unless other wise you want to produce alcohol.note that most kind of alcohol is made from fruits.

First, because it isn't pasturized and will go bad soon without it, and second, because the vitamins will start to break down and end up useless.

the longer you wait the less fresh it becomes! If its fresh there are no preservatives so it will not be good as long before bacteria etc settle in

because it's fresh and a great source of nutrition with more vitamins present.
