I rarely allow myself to get that blue...no matter how bad it may get, I know there are people who have it worse than I do and yet they persevere. But, on those rare occasions when I'm not my normal, chipper self, I can always count on music to cheer me and bring me out of a funk.
I know you're heavy into AC/DC, but some other artists/albums that can lift your spirits are:

Meatloaf "Bat Out Of Hell"
Sting "Dream Of The Blue Turtles"
Styx "Paradise Theater"
Rush "2112"
Billy Joel "Greatest Hits Vol 1, 2 or 3"

Think what turns you down! Really think of it!
Also, try & remember that for the same issue, other times you were feeling fine! Thus, it is nothing outside turning us down or up, but ourselves! Cheer up, it is more convenient, the body works better! What is so large to make you sick? What is the most valuable in the Universe? Your: MYSELF!
Also, think what will be your memories about what turns u down in 50 thousand years? You seem too strong to need outside push to be at your natural level (the highest)!

Hang out with my niece and her friends. They're just kids, and for some reason, being around children can give you a new perspective on things...or at least help you forget for a while!

I don't, I indulge it. I pour a glass of wine, and listen to Mozart's Requiem. then it's done, and I get on with things.
