Assume Argentina Vs England to be the finalist for the WC2006. As both team are the best and it would be definately an interesting match to watch.
So, which team do you guys go for? and why ? Pls comment on this.
Myself would go for ENGLAND :)

If that happens I'll go for Argentina. All though it will be a close game in my opinion because both team have great players. Argentina always players attacking football and that could be an advantage for the England because they have good strikers like Lampard, Gerrard to name a few. Argentina on the other hand will play a better passing game. So I'll say Argentina by two goals.

Head says Argentina, heart says England. Would love to see England break the hex and go all the way - but Argentina may just be the best, by far in the world right now.

I always cheer for Argentina; it's my country, it's my favorite team, and they are REALLY GOOD PLAYERS.
Argentina - England are always great fun to watch; the game I remember most vividly out of all the World Cups I've watched is the Argentina - England game of 1998. I still remember the suspense, the excitement, and in the end, the joy. :D

ARGENTINA, no doubt. They really play as a team, without selfishness. They have amazingly skillful players, even on the bench. The members of the team are very close. Pekerman is an excellent coach. And most importantly, they are ready to leave their heart on the field.

England, why not just because i am english but because we play football for what it is, we dont fall over when a player comes near us, we dont cheat basically, for once it would be good to see a team win that got there and won fairly
