I tryed to run Kaspersky antivirus, but it can't finish because of blocking. Then I tryed with Spybot Search and Destroy, but it's the same. And it's totally blocked, I can't even use CTRL+ALT+DEL, just the reset button. Should I remove cookies, temporary files, etc. or should I reinstall Windows XP?

When you reboot the computer press F8 and go into safe mode.
See if Kaspersky will run in safe mode and hopefully its up to date.
Check to see what is starting up you can use msconfig but it dont show everything.
Or you can try the system restore and set it back a couple of days.
Also check your fans reach around the back and see if the power supply fan is blowing and open the case and see if the cpu fan is turning.

That seems to happen when your processor is working too much.
However, despite that happened to me in the past, I don't have a solution, sorry. It eventually went fine, and I never thought about it again.
