if you want to POP your email from yahoo (use outlook, thunderbird, or some other mail program to read your email), you have to pay yahoo for that service, and then they will tell you how to set it up with the right servers and such.

after opening the message.. plz click the "FullHeaders"(if u r using yahoo, {if u r using outlook.. go to properties of the mail and see the most bottom section}) which is at the rightbottom of the page.. u can find the enough details!! ;)

I can't see why you need this? You need the incoming address of you isp to set up email, Yahoo is web based and all you have to do is sign up.
