Apparently "Merked" means outplayed by a particularly fantastic piece of skill.

But yes, it was just trying to be Punk'd.

Some of the sketches were quite funny - especially Beckham on the floor of the Limo

I thought It was funny, I thought Beckhams was the funniest. As for Rio.....I dunno what the "You`ve been merked" thing was all about, They should do one with the WAGS "Wives and girlfriends" let them get to the tills and tell them there Isnt enuff money on their credit cards for their clothes, shoes etc.I bet there would be more swearing In that episode to!!!

ha ha i said the same thing! it was amusing however merc'd didn't quite go down well! doesn't he have the second weirdest mouth in football! the first is of course ronaldhnio (spelling) he definitely looks like donkey from shrek
