ive heard that supposedlly the tickets by now are already sold out, but i thought, how are you going buy tickets if you dont even know who is playing against who until the end? so, that means at the last final game, there would be a mix of people from nationalities with tickets they thought their team was going to make it but didnt? would the tickets then be re sold for triple the price? is that even legal? it doesnt make sense. or else, where and when can the tickets be bought?

You buy the tickets for the final which is in Berlin on the 9th of July at 21:00. That's what it's written on the ticket, not the countries that play. I don;t think there are any tickets for the final left.

Buy them in advance, if the team you love isn't playing then scalp them to fans of the teams that are.
