then you need to be a whiz with the latest animation developments out there!You should be an avid gamer yrself.A Game is usually a product of a team,atleast two people should put their heads together and work on the cinematography,direction,character edition ,technical support etc Coach yrself on the latest tools in animation/graphics namely like the MAYA Software which was used for making spiderman movie too! You have various graphic designing institutes in every country......hmmmm...since i dont know which country you are from i cant feed you info on that front!
You should have an eye for detail,be replete with the latest softwares being used in the gaming industry ,latest evolution that this industry is witnessing is employment of 3 D TECHNO SOFTWARE,also past experiences help too....look at Hideo Kojima,maker of metal gear series ,he was a part of military earlier! Nowadays they say that several MBA grads are taking the plunge ,thanks to their excellent marketability skills which you should show to campaign for yr game! ,and of course all this is being driven by one critical catalyst: your creativity and imagination!
If you are armed with this pal, you will atleast be recruited by some gaming firm like EA GAMES ,they are on a hiring spree!....trust me sky is the limit out there!!

Simple clip games can be created with Flash. Complex games though can be very complicated to make and need years of studies of computer programming and 3D animation.
