Depends on the Email Service U r Using,

If it's Yahoo EMail then
Once U login to the Email
On the Right Top, Click on Options
In the Newly Opened Up Page, Click on Signature
Once u have created Custom signature
Don't forget to check the Box "Add signature to all outgoing messages"
Click Save

You need to have a class 1 or above digital signature certificate to sign your e mails. You can acquire this certificate from any of the registering authorities.

go to settings->signature->just copy paste the signature u want to use n NJOY

go to the settings for eg yahoo mail settings and add ur signature tat will be automatically added in ur mail

in outlook express, go to:

Tools, options, signatures

then you just add it in to any email you want it on or you can set up it to always appear.
