I befriended my neighbor 9 months ago the friendship didn't work and after a couple of weeks I backed up. He has been mad about it every since. He has flooded the apartment 2 causing the ceiling to fall in in 3 places. He slamed his door so much and so hard he caused my door bell to fall off and he stomps the floors above me all the time. He does not work and is on a government assisted program so he's home all the time this has been going on for 9 months I have reported to the landlord, the CIty and the local police and no one will do anything. Even though the other neighbors are aggervated by his antics they won't complain. I am past getting some one to help at this point I want to know what I could do to get revenge. Tit for tat is where I am at now. ANy ideals.

I can not afford to move nor do I have the time to move at this point I am in school full time and can not move besides outside of him it's a really nice building I want to be able to do something that will force him out.

I have a boy friend who wants to go up there and do him harm but then the police would do something to him and that is not what I want I want to be able to force him out someway do enough that he will move

Simple, You juz complain about your other neighbour to your noisy neighbour that your other neighbour is making such a big noise similar to Fish Market and simply compare them to the worst as ever you can. Then they'll realize that even they too come under this category and try to behave in a decent manner.

If you can pack to another apartment and find yourself a decent bf then you can forget him. If you want to get back at him, he may get worse and the situation will continue. You sound pissed off but you have to win this. For now pretend you do not notice the noise. for some time he will increase his effort to really get to you but he will stop when you continue to ignore. This will make you get used to the noise also.

I wouldn't do anything to "get revenge" on your neighbor. That will solve nothing and could hamper any legal action you may take in the future.
You should look up the Landlord/Tenant laws for your state. Hold your landlord accountable!!
