email alert through Yahoo India on mobile is for indian territory only.
But, I am working in Kuwait and using kuwait telecommunication service. To have e-mail alerts on mobile from someone whom I love most, I have to change my Yahoo account from Yahoo india to some other territory like Yahoo UK or USA etc. or is there any way as it is.

It would be most advisable to create and use afresh Kuwait based Yahoo ID for receiving mail alerts on your Kuwait based Mobile connection.
You can have all the mails on Yahoo India based ID diverted/downloaded on your Kuwait ID itself without much problem, so that your India based old ID would also continue functioning as usual.
