Three and and a half to six minutes on average.
A skilled Tantric or Taoist male practitioner, can copulate for hours without ejaculation, and still experience multiple orgasms.
Incidentally, a male can experience orgasm without ejaculation.
There are several ways to supress that ejaculation of semen.
The first and easiest to employ are the pressing of two points on the body. Pressure on the perineum will work and pressing on a spot located two inches above the right nipple also is effective.
Constricting the ring of muscles around the anal opening, just before the rising of climax works very well, but requires much practice.
But do not use the kagel exercise of constricting the base of the penise. Many books suggest the latter action (e.g. Mantack Chia and many others), but it does not work. There is recent evidence that it can bring on a premature ejaculation problem.
The more advanced methods, are breath and mind control. Very deep basal breathing can suppress ejaculation and the above pressing manipulation is, then, no longer necessary.
Learning such breath and mental control takes a great deal of time and practice. A tantric adept/teacher is invaluable.
The Taoists believe that a male should orgasim with ejaculation at the "seventh wave". (i.e. the lady joins him at the time of her seventh orgasm, and they mutually come together.) By then she has left our solar system.
All the methods must be done before the irreversable point of climax. If you get that far the ejaculate can be inadvertantly sent up the ureters to the kidneys. (not good!), or, (less often), into the bladder.
The antidepressive medications of the seretonin selective , reuptake inhibitors ( = S.S.R.I.'s), like prozac, zoloft, paxil, luvox, and supralex, etc. have the annoying and very common side effect of suppressing ejaculation. This is great for fellows who suffer from premature ejaculation. (& it was approved for that new use about five years ago.) But for normal males, it can suppress ejaculation for hours. You can wear out your partner before you ever come. ( = no ejaculation tonight dear).
The former methods are superior but require work, study, instruction, and practice.
I suspect that I have answered far more than you asked for, But what the ....

If you keep on move and you are not drunk it will not take more than 3 minutes.
But if your are using any drugs and you have several stop you can delay it for almost 40 minutes.
