We bought a Bluetooth in the US and brought it back to the UK. The plug for the charger is, of course, a US-style, two pronged plug. Can I just attach a US=>UK plug converter on the end and charge the battery or will that burn up the mechanism (this being 220 volts)? Thank you!

yes you can do that the convertor also reduces the voltage just as our adapters for abroad increase it :)

The easiest way to find out is to call in to a Mobile.Cell phone shop and ask, i should think you will be all right i have seen people using Laptops with plug converters so there shouldn't be any difference
